Managing Partner

Nabeel Qadri

Nabeel ranked in the top 1% during his studies at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, where he completed a B.B.A in Finance and Accounting. He begun his career in Investment Banking, doing M&A at Evercore Partners on Wall Street. As the Managing Partner of both Protocol Ventures I, the first crypto fund of funds in Silicon Valley, and Protocol Ventures II, Nabeel has had unparalleled Seed/ICO exposure to blue chip coins such as Solana, The Graph, Coinbase, Polka Dot, Algrorand, NEAR, DFinity and many others. Nabeel has been an active investor in cryptocurrencies since 2014.

Kunal Savjani

Kunal graduated from the LSE, with an LLB (Law). After being called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn London, Kunal begun a varied and illustrious career in business. Having started as an Equity Derivatives and Options Broker at Tullet Prebon and then BGC, before becoming a founding partner of Lombard Forte Securities. After their acquisition, he became a Managing Director at OJ Brien MENA Capital Ltd as well as Global head of equities, credit and structured finance.

Having been an active and proficient angel investor for many years Kunal institutionalised this process and is currently a partner at Shorooq Partners, MENA’s leading early-stage VC that has the backing of seven sovereign wealth funds. He combines his passion for early stage venture and crypto through his role as Managing Partner at Three Point Capital Limited a leading Web 3.0 venture fund of funds as well as being Managing Partner at Matador Digital Assets Fund, a market neutral crypto arbitrage fund. 

Kunal has a number of other business interests including Insurance, F&B and healthcare. He is also actively involved in charitable and philanthropic endeavours and an active member of the Young President’s Organisation.

Amar Patel

Amar is a UCL Mathematics graduate, with a Master’s degree in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Cass Business School. He is a very experienced Derivatives Product Specialist, who begun his career as an Equity Derivatives Trader at Nomura, then Barclays. Moving then to Schroders, Amar was a Product Manager for over 3 years, managing ‘Maximiser’ funds with combined AUM of $9bn, as well as building out key  IT infrastructure for OTC derivatives trading. He then spent two and a half year at BCS Global Markets whereby he was responsible for Emerging Markets equity derivatives and ETF trading. Since then, he assumed the position of Risk Manager at Novator Capital.  Additionally, Amar has completed Fintech, Coding and Algorithmic trading courses at various institutions, such as at the Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Gideon Daitz

Gideon has been involved in crypto as an investor and researcher since 2018 whilst managing the finances & investments of some of the world’s biggest social media influencers. During that time he orchestrated an international restructuring, as well as advising and orchestrating on the deployment of over $13mn in Capital.

Gideon is an award-winning University of Cambridge BA graduate, with an MSc in Policy from Oxford University.

Gideon leads Investments at Three Point Capital, leading origination, analysis and underwriting into both funds and companies.
